My journey with Art started as a child and I love studying it all the way through school. I then went on to study Textile Design at Central Saint Martins in London, it was here that I developed a love of mark making and colour. I specialised in Print but my favorite part of the course was always the sketch books and mood boards, I loved using colour and texture and experimenting with pattern.
After I graduated from university my journey took on a slightly different direction. My husband and I decided to do some travelling and once we returned I became pregnant with our first baby. 3 more babies later and a blissful few years living in New Zealand we returned to the UK and settled in Edinburgh. It was once we settled here and my youngest child started Nursery that I finally had the time and head space to pick up my paint brushes again! I can't express how much it means to me to be able to paint again, I am loving every moment of it.
I will be selling my paint pallets and gifting 100% of the profits to Charity so please keep your eyes open for those special pieces.
If you would like a commission please get in touch, I would love to work alongside you and create something perfect for your home. Alternatively keep an eye out on my website and Instagram for new work.
