About

I’m an abstract artist based in Edinburgh, creating expressive, atmospheric works inspired by the ever-changing Scottish landscape. My paintings are less about capturing a literal view and more about evoking a feeling—of weather, memory, movement, and light.

I studied Textile Design at Central Saint Martins in London, where I developed my love for abstraction and learned to trust a more intuitive, process-driven approach. I work primarily in acrylic and mixed media, building up layers of colour and texture to create a sense of space and depth. Each piece evolves over time, often shifting direction as I respond to what’s happening on the canvas.

After several years abroad, I returned to Scotland with a fresh perspective and a renewed connection to its wild, open places. I now paint from my home studio in Edinburgh and exhibit locally and online. My work is held in private collections internationally and I’m always honoured when someone connects deeply enough with a painting to make it part of their home.
